Another facet of Quota is community service. This gives members the opportunity
to directly work with the community to improve the well being of others. Our
community service activities vary greatly. Earlier this year, we cleaned
stalls and painted sheds at Blissful Acres
Rescue Reserve for large animals.
We joined forces with
Meadowlark Manor, a residential treatment
program for adolescent girls. Not only did the ranch get some much needed TLC, the
Meadowlark girls enjoyed a fun outting where they were able to pet, brush and walk the
horses who love all the attention.
