Quotarians meet on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesdays of the month. The 1st and 3rd
Tuesday meetings are normally at 12 noon, last for 1 hour and include LUNCH!. We
alternate business meetings with program meetings.
The business meetings are filled with information
about the fundraisers and service projects that we are working on, reports from the
various board of directors, committee chairs, and any other important Quota news.
Program meetings tend to include a guest speaker, or presentation. Or, they may be
about one of the projects we are working on at the time that is worthy of additional
meeting time and commitment. The 5th Tuesday meetings are dedicated to fun. They
are evening meetings at a members home, or local eatery where we take time to get to know and share
with one another.
In addition to the standard Tuesday meetings, each of the various Quota committees meet
separately to plan and implement our service and fundraising projects. The
Service committee meetings are open to all members. They review individual requests for donations
and assistance and send their recommendations to the Board, then membership, for the final vote.
